| The Town |
| Main Street
As is usually the case, Main Street is the main street running through the settlement. It is home to quite a few street stands, and most of the shops are along here, as well as the Green Man. About midway through town, Main Street opens up into a wider square. Which has become a popular meeting place for the settlers.

| The Green Man
The best place in town to get a drink. Or the only place, really, as no one’s quite sure how the cellar is kept so well stocked without access to corporate-sized breweries. Or where the brewery they do have actually is. Trade secret, I guess.

| The Shops
Need something new? Need something repaired? There sure to be a shop for it. Well, as long as it’s something available with the planet’s resources.

| Back Alleys
This may sometimes seem a happy little settlement, but don’t forget why everyone was dumped here to begin with. We can’t expect a city built by supposed criminals to become a crimeless utopia in only a few generations. Be careful if you choose to traverse the darker alleyways after the sun’s gone down.

| Private Residences
People gotta live somewhere, you know? The older, slightly bigger homes are closer to the center of the city, while the more recently built houses extend a bit into the outskirts. Many shopkeepers simply live on the upper floor of their business.

| The Outskirts of Town |
| The Docking Station
Though ships rarely arrive anymore since Earth deemed the exportation of criminals entirely insufficient, the structure still stands and is marginally maintained.

| Farmlands
It wasn’t easy, but somewhere along the line we figured out a bit of what we can and can’t grow on this planet. Usually it’s only farmers and farmhands (and their families), but the town is close enough that other villagers sometimes come to help around harvest time.

| Tartarus Wreckage
What’s left of one to the prisoner-holding ships that brought humans to this planet. It’s believed that the prisoners on board the Tartarus had attempted to gain control over the ship and her crew during the landing, and accidentally crashed about a half mile from town. Local legend would have you believe the charred and now-rusted out remains of the large vessel are haunted, but most write it off as just a story to keep children from exploring the clearly unstable wreck.

| The Lake
Just outside the town is a medium-sized lake. It’s usually just referred to as “The Lake” as it’s the only one it the immediate area. If another one ever appears in a convenient location, the settles might bother giving it a name. The lake itself is rather mucky and used mostly for recreation – drinking water comes from the river that feeds it, as well as nearby wells.

| The Old Quarry
Feel like breaking some rocks? That what the quarry is all about. With limited building materials, you may need some quality stone. Though really, it’s pretty deserted these days.

| The Forest
Trees. Lots of ‘em. For firewood, building, hunting and hiding in. Just be careful about going in too deep and getting lost. There might not be any bears, but there’s probably whatever this planet’s equivalent of a bear is.

How the hell did you end up here? I REALLY hope you know your way back to town. Unless you planned on wandering around in mystery territory. Maybe you’re looking for lost civilizations, I don’t know. You’re probably just nutters.

| Alien Town of Dewm |
| Streets of Dewm
Ironically meaning "Peace" in the Native Tongue, Dewm is what you would call the capitol city for the Teotl. Well, its really the only city, seeing as all the other alien "towns" are really just small villages. Here, you can run around and buy things from street venders, or go into a shop and look at some cool shiz, or just hang out by the fountain in the square or somthing.
